USDA Food Loss and Waste Innovation Fair

This virtual event showcased some of the latest food loss and waste mitigation technologies, programs, and innovations developed by the USDA, academic institutions, local governments, and businesses. 

Register to visit the virtual booths. A wide array of food loss and waste publications, videos, and presentations are available for free download.

You only need an email to register. Registrants will have access to the fair’s food loss and waste publications, videos, links to exhibitors’ websites, and additional downloadable resources through September 13, 2023.
